Regarding Ember’s customer support over the next 2 weeks, please note:
Ember’s global offices will be officially closed from 24 December, 2009 (Christmas Eve Day) through 1 January, 2010 (New Year’s Day), so support responses during this period will be limited.
Customers initiating support ticket activity over these 2 weeks should expect longer-than-normal response times (closer to one week turnaround time rather than 2-3 business days) from the Ember Support Team.
